I had a mixed stay at Qoya Sao Paulo Paulista. While the location was excellent and the staff was incredibly kind, some aspects of my experience left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price. The cramped rooms and disappointing breakfast made my stay feel less luxurious than expected.

The room I stayed in, a Superior Queen Room, was clean and modern, but I found it really small. The bathroom was also quite cramped, and I struggled to sit comfortably on the WC (not the best start to my day).

I enjoyed the luxurious shower and the rooftop pool, which was a peaceful escape. However, I had some issues with the room's layout, especially the awkwardly positioned sink, which was a bit challenging to use in the small bathroom.
